Hailing from the luxurious Caribbean Island of Dominica and the U.S. Virgin Islands, as a child, I knew that one day I would be destined to showcase my love for food. The best ingredient in all the dishes I create is love.
My culinary career began at a very young age. The love and passion for food I developed was inspired by my mom and grandparents’ love and respect for quality and tradition. My culinary repertoire flourished during the time I spent traveling and experiencing new cultures, where I developed and refined my culinary techniques. Along the way, I surrounded myself with a network of chefs and created opportunities to further develop my skills and stimulate my creativity.
