1 oz Agave

3 each Raspberry

1 oz Campari

3 oz Grapefruit Juice

Top with tonic, soda water or Champagne

1 oz Tequila

2 oz Orange Juice

.5 oz Agave

2 Dash Bitters

2 Cherries

Pressed Apple

Add the gin, simple syrup and bitters to a cocktail glass. Stir to combine, add ice and pressed apple juice. Smoked and garnish with blood orange.

2 Dash Orange Angostura Bitters

1 oz Pressed Apple Juice

Add the gin, blue curacao, simple syrup, lemon juice, both bitters and egg white to a cocktail shaker. Shake about 10 times then add ice to shaker and shake for 10 times. Pour into champagne flute and top with sparkling grapefruit. Garnish with grapefruit slice.

.5 oz Blue Curacao

1 oz Simple Syrup

.5 oz Lemon Juice

2 Dash Lavender Bitters

2 Dash Angostura Bitters

1 Egg White

Filled with Sparkling Grapefruit

Add the sorrel puree, gin, passion fruit syrup, rose syrup to a champagne flute. Top with sparkling champagne.

Summer Paradise 


Add guava, kiwi, mint and strawberry to a glass and muddle it. Next, add the gin, lime juice, pineapple and ginger juice, simple syrup, peychaud’s bitters and ice together and shake for about 15 times. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish.

4 Mint Leaves
